Return & Cancellations

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to assist with order cancellations.

- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
- Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production layout has begun.

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for an exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If paying for your own return shipping, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as Tübr™ is not responsible for any returns or exchanges lost in transit.

All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Your exchange will be processed once your return label has been scanned. Please allow 14 days for all returns to be processed. Your refund will be processed on the form of payment selected by the customer. Any opened items will not be returned and sent back at the customer's cost. Returns will be charged $12.99 for return shipping and will be deducted from the purchase price. Customers will receive an email notification once a return is fully processed through our returns department.

What’s your return policy?

1. Contact Customer Support at returns@bighorngolfer.com. Please include the following information: Order #, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. If the product is broken, kindly provide photos or videos of the item.

2. Ship the product to the address we provide. Please ensure it is returned in its original packaging.

3. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
