HelloCaddy

Most caddies that follow you still need a remote or a beacon clipped to your belt. HelloCaddy doesn't. It's a genuinely autonomous, cutting-edge system: a LiDAR sensor accurate to within a centimeter, paired with AI vision, tracking your movement and staying with you across the course, no controller, no wearable required. Started as a Kickstarter project and now shipping to golfers directly, the current HelloCaddy ME model detects slopes, obstacles, and terrain in real time, and switches to a simple power-assist push mode whenever you need to steer it by hand instead.

How It Tracks You

HelloCaddy ME's LiDAR sensor reads distances up to 30 meters away with 1-centimeter accuracy, which is how it tells the difference between you and everything else moving around a golf course. Combined with AI vision, it recognizes your specific movement and path, adjusting in real time for slopes, obstacles, and changes in terrain, all without a remote or a beacon to keep track of.

Two Ways to Move

Tracking Mode is the default: activate it, and HelloCaddy follows you on its own, stopping when you stop and staying at a safe distance while you play your shot. When you need tighter control, in a crowded cart path or a narrow spot near the green, switch to Manual Mode and steer it yourself with a power-assist button on the handle. No remote required for either one.

Built for the Terrain

Dual 500W motors and a wide, shock-absorbing wheelbase let HelloCaddy ME handle 30-degree slopes, gravel, wet grass, and unpaved ground without losing traction. At a design weight of 15kg, it's light enough to load into most vehicles but stable enough to stay upright on real course terrain, not just a flat parking lot demo.

More Than a Caddy

HelloCaddy ME pairs with an app for GPS yardage and course data, and it can recommend clubs based on where you're standing and how far you have left to the pin. Kickstarter backers get three years of that AI coaching built in from the day their unit ships.

HelloCaddy Smart Caddy Robot

Alongside the consumer ME model, HelloCaddy also offers the Smart Caddy Robot, originally built for golf course rental fleets and now available to individual buyers. It runs on the same core LiDAR tracking and manual power-assist system, built to commercial-grade standards for golfers who want the more rugged version.

Keep It Running

A handful of accessories support the ME model directly: a spare battery, a cooler bag, and a seat attachment for a quick rest mid-round.
