Simple, Effective Swing Training

How to Use the TRS Slider

Build a Better Starting Position

The TRS Slider helps keep your trail elbow connected to your body throughout the swing, promoting a more consistent inside-to-square impact position. By maintaining proper connection, you can stay on plane longer, reduce wasted movement, and eliminate the chicken wing that causes weak, inconsistent ball striking

Takeaway & Path

Train a Smoother Takeaway

Use the TRS Slider to rehearse the first move away from the ball. The feedback helps you keep the club working on a cleaner path instead of pulling it too far inside, lifting it too quickly, or losing control early in the swing.

Tempo & Transition

Feel the Right Sequence

Make slow, controlled rehearsal swings while using the TRS Slider as a guide. This helps you feel better timing from the backswing into the downswing, encouraging your body and arms to work together instead of rushing from the top.

Impact & Release

Create More Consistent Contact

Work through impact with the TRS Slider to develop better awareness of clubface control, hand position, and release pattern. Regular practice helps build the feel needed for cleaner strikes, improved consistency, and a more reliable swing.

How does the TRS Slider improve my swing?

The TRS Slider helps train your trail arm to stay better connected with your body throughout the swing. This encourages your arms and torso to work together, helping you build a more repeatable, efficient motion.
