The warranty is 90 days.


Refunds & Returns Policy

Our return policy is 30 days on returns.


Return process:

To return your item, please call 412-567-4390, for a return authorization number (RA#). Alternately you may email returns@bighorngolfer.com requesting a return. Returns will be sent to:

GAW/GTA return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy. We ask why you are returning your training aid because we want your feedback. If you are emailing, please indicate the reason for the return request. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the delivery date of your product, we will not accept your return.

If your product is returned in "like new" condition with original packaging, full credit will be issued for the price of the product, less shipping. Items that are not returned in like new condition with packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the product has been used and the product itself cannot be resold as a new item, then a restocking fee of up to 50% will be assessed. 

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us.

Refund acknowledgement:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Credit will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase (E.g. credit card, PayPal) and you will be notified via email of the credit. If a restocking fee is assessed you will be emailed personally why a fee was assessed in addition to the credit notification.


We will gladly exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In addition, if you simply ordered the wrong size or style, we will exchange your product for you. If we mutually agree that the product listing was clear and the wrong size/style was ordered then we may ask you to cover the shipping on the replacement product. If the listing online is unclear, we will do our best to clarify the confusion and will replace your item at no charge and send a return label for the unwanted item.
