Warranty Information
The Super E Caddy comes with a 24 month warranty (Effective 6/8/22; 12 months warranty if purchased prior to this date) which covers manufacturers defects and abnormal wear. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse/accidents caused by the operator. Only use the battery and charger that came with the cart.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned providing that:
1) Cart is completely unused and brand new
2) It is in original packaging
3) The owner pays the return freight to New York
4) A return authority is obtained from Manufacturer & Big Horn Golfer
Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a used cart. This is providing:
1) A return authority is obtained from Manufacturer & Big Horn Golfer
2) It is in the original packaging
3) The owner pays the return freight to Super E's warehouse
4) Up to 30% restocking fee applies [of the full retail price]
