Super E-Caddy Warranty & Return Policy
Warranty Information
The Super E Caddy comes with a 24 month warranty (Effective 6/8/22; 12 months warranty if purchased prior to this date) which covers manufacturers defects and abnormal wear. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse/accidents caused by the operator. Only use the battery and charger that came with the cart.
Return Policy
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned providing that:
1) Cart is completely unused and brand new
2) It is in original packaging
3) The owner pays the return freight to New York
4) A return authority is obtained from Manufacturer & Big Horn Golfer
Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a used cart. This is providing:
1) A return authority is obtained from Manufacturer & Big Horn Golfer
2) It is in the original packaging
3) The owner pays the return freight to Super E's warehouse
4) Up to 30% restocking fee applies [of the full retail price]

This cart is fantastic! I wish I would've bought one years ago! I take a break on the seat every once in a while & it even has a cooler for my adult beverages. The best!

The seat on this cart allows me to take a much needed break on the course. I love it & the girls I play with are so jealous of this cart! I do them a favor & carry their drinks around in the cooler!

Has to be the best push cart on the market for the beer drinker! The cooler is already built into the cart! Why would you get any other cart?
