I've used it 4 times, only on "Follow," and run up & down steep terrain and over roots & rocks. I picked uphill terrain steep enough to learn when it will finally fall backwards - perfectly fine; now I know. Down hill brakes work well but will skid a bit if it's steep enough and on wide leaf grasses like quack grass. Again, no problem; now I know. Runs well on asphalt car paths unless they're really steep, because the braking turns into skidding - initiate rescue ops. I adjusted a couple of settings so that it more efficiently follows behind me and not off to the side, and I set it to stop 1 meter behind me when I stop. Compact, light, easy to set up & break down, and the battery lasts 36 holes on hilly terrain, though I red-lined recently. The remote works fine, the E5 is solid, and is very fun; I'm thinking of naming it "Sweetheart," because it behaves so well and doesn't trash-talk my game.

Writing this after playing a full round with the trolley.
First, Nick and Krisha are awesome to work with. Spent time with me on the phone going through pro’s and con’s of a few models, typical area a d course I play, and helped me settle on the Axglo e5. They both communicated the whole way through shipment, and never a doubt when it would arrive.
Now on to the trolley. Absolutely fantastic machine. Good build quality, battery life is phenomenal, fold up compactly, and holds my hoofer stand bag (didn’t need to get a new bag). The round took longer than expected as I kept getting stopped by curious folks asking about it.
There is a few minutes learning curve on the remote, but within 5minutes you’re a pro. Lost connection 2x and started rolling down the hill. It was my fault, as I didn’t ensure the green light for “follow me” engaged before holstering on my back belt. Stopped the cart in time, and remote drove it back to me and off we went again. Hit a green on a par 3, just grab your putter, start walking, and send your sticks to the next tee.
If you want to feel like a PGA pro, this is your cart. If you want guaranteed great service, Big Horn Golfer is your spot.

So I ordered this post season in Wisconsin got it late November and we got 50 degree December day and took it out. I debated between this and Moto 7 remote only. Big price increase for follow feature but the one time I used it was amazing. Assume you get used to remote but I see myself using the follow mode as much as possible and worked flawlessly the one time I used it. Will update review after I get 20-30 rounds in but pleased with product and big horn golf. Was a back order on storage case so still waiting to get that but sturdy quality product.

Bought the E5 earlier this summer so I could walk 9 holes after work. Set it up and have never had so much fun...it's like having your own caddy! Took a bit to get the settings and the speed correct, but it is extremely stable and will go anywhere/everywhere I want/need it to with the follow feature. I don't put the remote on my belt or in my pocket, just carry it with me and then set it on the cart when I stop. I recharge the battery after each use, so I can't speak as to how long/how many holes it will go without a charge...don't want to take the chance. I've had more people turn and look and watch while I'm walking and this thing is following along! Even convinced one of my best friends to get one after I showed him all it could do! Best golf related purchase I've made in 10 years!

Extended Warranty (US Only)

US customers who register a NEW or OPEN BOX SkyTrak within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date may optionally extend the 6-month Consumer Limited Warranty to 12 months by purchasing the Extended Warranty at the time of registration. Returns
All returns for credit of SkyTrak hardware products must be within 30 days of your original purchase. Returned items must be in the original packaging, include all parts and components, and be free of damage. The amount credited will exclude shipping costs. If a return is accepted that does not meet these guidelines, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Does not apply to accessories, setups and simulation.
