Warranty Policy

Any product concerns occurring within 7 Days of the delivery date will fall under warranty. Please contact returns@bighorngolfer.com for more details on the next steps pertaining to any product concerns. This does not include sizing issues. 

Return Policy

Products can only be RETURNED in NEW/UNUSED condition for a full product refund pending the condition of the product upon return and the communications prior to. Any product deemed "used," will be communicated to the customer. If this occurs, solutions will be provided, and any shipping will be at the customers' expense. A full product refund will not be warranted at that time as the glove cannot be sold again.

Exchange Policy

Products can only be EXCHANGED in NEW/UNUSED condition for a product exchange. Any product deemed "used," will be communicated to the customer. If this occurs, solutions will be provided and any additional shipping charges will be at the customers' expense. If it is a sizing issue, returning the wrong size will be at the customer's expense if the wrong size was selected. If VukGripz shipped the incorrect product, it will solely inherit the expense. If there are any price differences at the time of the exchange, those expenses will be at the customer's responsibility if applicable.
