GENERAL TERMS
At Green Eagle Golf, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. This warranty outlines our commitment to you, the original purchaser. To qualify for warranty coverage, full payment must have been received by Green Eagle Golf. Any dispute or chargeback that results in incomplete payment will void the warranty.
This warranty applies only to original Green Eagle Golf products purchased directly from Green Eagle Golf or an authorized distributor within the United States. Misuse or abuse of the products is not covered by this warranty. Please consult your user manual for guidelines and rules on how to use your product.
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion. We do not assume responsibility for loss of use, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of our products.
Green Eagle Golf reserves the right to determine whether a repair or replacement is covered under warranty based on product inspection, usage history, and supporting documentation provided by the customer.
Green Eagle Golf reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

Manual Caddies:
- Frame and metal components: 24 months
- Green Eagle Golf Accessories: 12 months
- Purchased Spare/Replacement Parts: 12 months
Terra Electric and Aria Carbon:
- Frame and metal components: 24 months
- Electrical components (circuits, boards, cables, motors, battery chargers): 12 months
- Green Eagle Golf Accessories: 12 months
- Purchased Spare/Replacement Parts: 12 months
- Standard Lithium-Ion Battery: 12 months full replacement / 12-24 months 50% credit
Follow M8:
- Frame and metal components: 24 months *NOTE: The Follow M8 is not designed to navigate curbs or steps. Damage to the anti-tip wheels resulting from improper use is not covered.
- Electrical components (circuits, boards, cables, motors, battery chargers): 12 months
- Green Eagle Golf Accessories: 12 months
- Purchased Spare/Replacement Parts: 12 months
- Standard Lithium-Ion Battery: 12 months full replacement / 12-24 months 50% credit
Wellness Devices:
- Green Eagle Golf Wellness Products: 90 days
- Swing Massage Chair (frame and electric components): 12 months
WARRANTY RECIPIENT
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Green Eagle Golf may request proof of purchase. International shipping costs for service or parts outside the U.S. are not covered.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To request service, email returns@bighorngolfer.com including your order number and description of the issue, with supporting images.
Depending on the entity of the repair to be performed, we may provide:
- At-home repair: We send the replacement part and instructions to the customer (we cover shipping).
- Shop Service: If repair cannot be done at home, the product will need to be sent to our workshop. If the repair is covered by warranty, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, shipping is at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING TERMS
If a repair is covered under warranty, we will pay for the return shipping to the customer. If the issue is outside warranty coverage (due to duration or misuse), the customer must cover shipping costs.
Customers must ensure the product is properly packaged. We are not liable for damages or losses occurring during transit. If the customer chooses their own carrier, they assume full responsibility for the shipment.
REPEAT REPLACEMENTS
For warranty claims where a defect in materials or workmanship cannot be clearly determined, Green Eagle Golf may, at its discretion, provide a one time complimentary replacement of the affected component.
Each individual component is eligible for one complimentary replacement under this policy. Repeated replacement requests for the same component may require additional evaluation and may not be covered under warranty if the issue is related to improper use, overloading, wear, or operation outside of intended use as described in the user manual.
This policy is intended to ensure fair and consistent warranty support for all customers and does not extend or reset the original warranty period.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Caddies:
- Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, rubber handle grips, elastic bands, paint, battery performance degradation, axle threading, and charging ports on batteries or remote controls
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the functionality of the unit and fall within the manufacturer’s quality tolerance standards
- Misuse or improper maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Pushing down on / lifting the unit by the handlebar
- Water damage (power washing, hosing, immersion in water)
- Use over curbs, steps, rough terrain, bunkers, or course hazards, as well as clubhouse or carpark areas. The caddy is not designed to go up or down curbs, steps, or similar obstacles
- Use of non-Green Eagle batteries/chargers
- Third-party battery/charger damage
- Accidents, fire, flood or other natural events
- Damage caused by golf balls or clubs
- Application of external force to any part of the unit or battery
- Fusion of motor or electronics through overload or continual stationary operation
- All implied warranties, except where required by law, are expressly disclaimed. Likewise, liability for any consequential damages under any warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Any unauthorized repair, modification, tampering, or disassembly of the caddy by anyone other than Green Eagle Golf, without our prior consent, will void and invalidate this warranty. This includes opening the unit, altering electrical or mechanical components, or attempting self repair. If a malfunction or damage results from any such unauthorized work, the repair and all related costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Green Eagle Golf.
Wellness Devices:
- Wear parts such as fabric, leather, frame marks from use
- Damage from unauthorized chargers or third-party accessories
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Implied warranties are limited to the duration specified herein. Green Eagle Golf disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, beyond the scope of this warranty.

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Green Eagle Golf and grants you specific legal rights. Refer to our Legal Notice and Terms & Conditions for additional information.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned to Green Eagle Golf for a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be shipped back within this 30-day window.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets all of the following conditions:
- The item must be clean
- The item must be undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging, which must also be in good condition
- All accessories and components originally included must be returned
- The item must be returned only after receiving return authorization from Green Eagle Golf
- Green Eagle Golf will provide you with a return label for your return shipment
Please note: The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Green Eagle Golf is not responsible for the item until it has been received and accepted at our warehouse.
Restocking fees
For approved returns, a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund as follows:
- Electric caddies: $100 restocking fee per unit.
- Manual push carts: $50 restocking fee per unit.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
Return inspection and refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus any applicable fee. If the item does not meet the return conditions, a partial refund or no refund will be issued.
No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations before shipping
You may cancel your order any time before it ships. If your cancellation is approved, we will refund your payment to the original method of payment, minus the applicable transaction fee listed below.
These transaction fees are calculated on the total amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase, including any taxes, shipping charges, and other fees.
- 3% transaction fee for purchases made using credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal.
- 6% transaction fee for purchases made using installment payment methods such as Affirm or Klarna.
These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations after shipping
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you no longer want the product after shipment, you must wait to receive it and then activate the return procedure in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy above.
Shipping
When returning a product, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is properly packaged and shipped using a reliable carrier. Green Eagle Golf is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during return shipping. The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Ownership and responsibility for goods also transfer to the customer upon shipment from our facility. Any loss, damage, or delivery issues that occur while the product is in transit to and from the customer must be addressed directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.
