WARRANTY
We have a 1-year standard warranty policy which starts after delivery.
REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns
- You can return items for ANY reason within 30 days.
- The customer is responsible for Return Shipping costs.
- A Restocking Fee of 15% will be applied, and this will be deducted from your refund.
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact the Big Horn Golfer team to set up a return and get a return authorization number.
- Email us at returns@bighorngolfer.com
- Send the product(s) back to G-TRAK for inspection. We'll evaluate it for restocking fees and the possible refund.
- We will inform you whether your refund is approved or denied (based on the product's condition and signs of damage).
- If approved, your refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within three days to three weeks, depending on your payment method and bank's policy.
Return Criteria:
- Products qualified for return or exchange should be in a "like new" condition, free of damage, and must include all original packaging and accessories.
- If a product shows obvious signs of use or lacks certain items such that G-TRAK cannot sell it as "new", it will be deemed as a refurbished product, and a 40% restocking fee will apply.
- Used or certified pre-owned products are not returnable.
