G-TRAK BRACKETS

The patented brackets are designed to mount around the exterior of garage door tracks. This design ensures that the garage door can move up and down freely, and cars can be parked inside after use.

STORAGE

The G-TRAK system can be easily stored up and out of the way with just a button press, allowing vehicles to be parked underneath as usual.

RETRACTABLE & REMOTE CONTROL

Push the button down and the G-TRAK impact screen unrolls from the crossbar into place. When done playing/practicing, simply push the up button and G-TRAK retracts around the crossbar for storage.

USE WITH GARAGE DOOR UP OR DOWN

Depending on the weather or personal preference, users can choose to have their garage door up or down while playing or practicing. The system can also be set up in reverse for activities like pitching baseballs or softballs, throwing footballs, and more.

Measure the ceiling height in your garage and ensure you can comfortably swing a golf club if you are planning to use your G-TRAK as a golf simulator

G-TRAK QUESTIONS

Can I put G-TRAK on any size garage door?

Yes, G-Trak is telescopic and can be extended for a single or double bay garage door. Standard 2-car garages are 16'x8' feet. G-Trak can be ordered in sizes between 8' and 18'.

Does G-TRAK work with all golf simulator software?

Yes, G-TRAK is designed to work with any type of indoor simulator software to give the effect of playing outdoor sports inside. It's a fantastic solution to your garage golf needs.

How do I install G-TRAK?

G-TRAK can be mounted into place with one person but is easier with two people. Two patented designed G-TRAK brackets attach around your garage door tracks and hold your G-TRAK system is place with a tension bolt.

The top drive tubes are heavy duty telescoping aluminum that adjust for a perfect fit in your space. After installing your G-TRAK brackets and top drive tubing just clip on the screen with provided parts and you are ready to go.

How long does it take to initially set-up my G-TRAK?

G-TRAK comes with an instructional video which is 3 hours long, including all the extra explanations and discussion. We expect initial setup to be between 2-3 hours.

Can I mount G-TRAK to a wall instead of my garage door?

Yes, G-TRAK can also be wall mounted (in its original patent design) for use in your home, office, business, or facility.

WARRANTY

We have a 1-year standard warranty policy which starts after delivery.

REFUND POLICY

For clarity on product returns and refunds for specific products, please also consult the individual product pages.

30-Day Returns

You can return items for ANY reason within 30 days.
The customer is responsible for Return Shipping costs.
A Restocking Fee of 15% will be applied, and this will be deducted from your refund.

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact the Big Horn Golfer team to set up a return and get a return authorization number.

Send the product(s) back to G-TRAK for inspection. We'll evaluate it for restocking fees and the possible refund.
We will inform you whether your refund is approved or denied (based on the product's condition and signs of damage).
If approved, your refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within three days to three weeks, depending on your payment method and bank's policy.

Return Criteria:

Products qualified for return or exchange should be in a "like new" condition, free of damage, and must include all original packaging and accessories.
If a product shows obvious signs of use or lacks certain items such that G-TRAK cannot sell it as "new", it will be deemed as a refurbished product, and a 40% restocking fee will apply.
Used or certified pre-owned products are not returnable.
