Warranty Policy

2. Warranty Claims:

  o Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.
  o Issue a credit note or refund the purchase price of the product.

3. Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover:

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service:

  o Ship the product to the address provided by our team.
  o Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

5. Costs:

• The business customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty service. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the business customer.

6. Limitations:

• The warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
