Warranty Policy
- Two-Year Warranty
If your Formula trolley or caddy requires repair during the warranty period or at any time thereafter we want to quickly resolve the issue and get you back to walking the golf course. You can repair nearly all problems with telephone support by our customer-centric staff. We will work directly with you to troubleshoot your cart. There is no need for costly and lengthy delays, shipping your cart back and forth. In the Continental United States, during troublshooting, if we determine that your cart requires a replacement part the new part will be expedited to you via prepaid priority mail. We will always try to resolve your cart issues by sending you a part and informing you on how to replace the part. If during the warranty period it is determined that your cart must be returned for repair, we will split the cost of shipping with you. You pay to return the cart and we will send your repaired cart back to you prepaid.
For International, Alaska and Hawaii warranty repair shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Battery warranty is based on charging cycles and usage and is not time-dependent.
After the 1-year warranty period, our customer service is handled the same way. We just ask you to pay for shipping and reasonable parts costs.
One (1) year Warranty from date of purchase for the caddy, caddy parts, and electronics (unless otherwise noted). Caddy accessories are covered under warranty for 90 days.
Two (2) year Warranty period on Lithium Ion batteries: prorated based on number of charges, time used and maintenance history.

Return Policy:
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can only be returned to Big Horn Golfer providing:
- The cart is completely unused and brand new
- It is in original packaging
- A return authority is obtained from sales@bighorngolfer.com
- Owner will receive a refund upon receipt of goods, minus shipping costs and applicable fees
Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a used cart to Big Horn Golfer providing:
- A return authority is obtained from sales@bighorngolfer.com
- It is in the original packaging
- Owner will receive a refund upon receipt of goods, minus shipping costs and applicable fees
- 20% restocking fee applies (off the full retail price)
For orders from 11/8/2023 to 12/31/2023, return deadline extended to 1/31/2024.

I enjoy the sturdy build of the cart compared to the lighter ones. It has better speed controls and battery system. It handles well with a tighter turning radius although it takes more effort to get over curbs and track through loose debris on paths.
Ultimately it will give me more longevity walking the course as I approach 80 over the next 7 years.
Good job Cartech. You need to put your logo on it.

I've used the Formula three times now, and I'm quite happy with it. Good quality, sturdy, well made. Easy to steer and control on the course. Handles hills no problem. The best thing is - it's a brand that attracts the attention of my golf buddies who own the more popular remote golf carts. Cool looking and they have never scene one before, equal if not better quality.
The only very slight negative is that the scorecard holder pencil slot is too short. Close the lid and the tip breaks off the pencil. Seems like a no-brainer to fix this.
