Esker products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 5 years from date of purchase.

They will last a lifetime if properly used, cleaned and stored after each use.

Proper use of wood stove as per instructions fixed to label on tent will ensure many years of use.

Regular wear and tear does not warrant repair or replacement of products.

Follow instructions carefully and keep snow load off tents daily.

Maintain stoves as per instructions included with the product.

Waxing and/or oiling bucksaw wood and oiling the blade regularly ensures a lifetime of use.

Return Policy

Ship back the unopened, unused product within 30 days of the purchase date with all original tags and packaging in saleable condition along with original receipt to 48 Fieldway Rd Etobicoke Ontario, Canada M8Z 3L2.
