CRIMSON PROTECT LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The gear you choose to trust should be as effective as it is reliable and innovative. We proudly stand behind our products with the Crimson Protect Limited Lifetime Warranty. Under the Crimson Protect Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will repair or replace your Crimson Trace product at no charge to you if it is damaged or defective. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a product of equal or better value. Electronic Components warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of manufacture. If determined to have defects in materials and workmanship during the three-year period, we will repair the product at no cost to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with an item of equivalent value.
The CRIMSON PROTECT LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover component parts which have been lost or stolen; or subject to misuse, intentional damage, modifications, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified technician following our authorized procedures;or damage to the optics that is cosmetic only and that does not affect the product's operation or performance (as determined by us at our sole discretion). OUR OBLIGATION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE COVERED PRODUCT SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

Under the Crimson Trace Lifetime Warranty, we will repair or replace your Crimson Trace product at no charge to you if it is damaged or defective for the life of the product. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a product of equal or better value.
The Crimson Trace Lifetime Warranty is:

- No Warranty Registration Required
- No Receipt Required
- No Product Registration Required
- No Charge

The Crimson Trace Lifetime Warranty excludes electronic components for all products outside the Hardline™ and Brushline™ Scopes. Electronic components on the Hardline™ and Brushline™ Scopes are included in the Crimson Trace Lifetime Warranty.
REFURBISHED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Refurbished products are solid 'As Is' with a 30 Day Limited Warranty.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES FOR THE COVERED PRODUCTS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CRIMSON TRACE'S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL RETAIL AMOUNT PAID BY THE OWNER OF THE DEFECTIVE COVERED PRODUCT OR COMPONENT PART. CRIMSON TRACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties and/or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The limited and full warranties stated above give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
The limited and full warranties stated above are only valid for residents of the United States. For residents of other countries, please contact the local authorized CTC products dealer or CTC Customer Service for assistance.
WARRANTY SERVICE
No receipt, warranty card, or product registration is necessary to make a warranty claim under our Crimson Trace Lifetime Warranty. For any warranty service, call Big Horn Golfer Customer Service at 412-567-4390, for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Carefully package the unit for return and mail to the address below. It is recommended that shipments be insured by the owner, since we will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Be sure to include the RMA obtained from Customer Service in the ship-to address (as shown below).

RETURNS POLICY
Missing items from shipments must be reported within 2 business days from date of receipt.
Returning Merchandise to Big Horn Golfer
- A Return Authorization (RA#) Number is required for all returned merchandise and must be requested within 30 days of original invoice date. Contact Big Horn Golfer to request an RA#. You will receive an email with further instructions when your return request is approved.
- RA#’s are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
- All unauthorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Merchandise that has been used or sold at retail is not subject to return to Big Horn Golfer and should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
- All approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the dealer will be responsible for return shipping, unless the item was shipped by Lipsey’s in error, or the product is defective cosmetically or mechanically when it arrives at the dealer.
- Return requests submitted for cosmetic reasons must be accompanied by pictures and will be approved for return at the discretion of Big Horn Golfer.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, credit will be issued to the account.
Optics / Sights
Optics, Iron sights, and mounts must be brand new in the package to be eligible for return. If installation has been attempted or completed, returns will not be accepted by Big Horn Golfer and any issues should be referred to the manufacturer’s warranty repair center.
NFA Regulated Items
- NFA regulated merchandise cancelled before shipment is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- NFA regulated merchandise that has been shipped and is being returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments
- First refused shipment = 5% Restocking Fee.
- Second refused shipment = 10% Restocking Fee.
- Third refused shipment = 15% Restocking Fee and account changed to prepay terms.
