Warranty
All of our core products such as projectors, monitors, and interactive displays come with a 3 year warranty. An additional 2 year warranty for a total of 5 years can be purchased.
Our standard warranty is 3 years parts and labor.
Return Policy
1) If you purchase online for full price, you have 30 days from when you receive the product to send it back for full refund without fees.
2) if you purchase direct at reseller discounted pricing, you still have the 30 day return period, but restock fee of 15% and shipping may be charged case by case. Certain circumstances to return without fees may apply such as defective product or I provided the wrong product based on information you provided.
Return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase.
