Warranty

For Axglo electric golf push cart

Axglo electric golf push cart and charger have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers product problems or manufacturing defects. Axglo will bear the shipping costs for sending parts or transporting the electric golf push cart to Canada in the event of manufacturing defects. 

Failures due to accidental damage, improper use (wear and tear), self-dismantling or misuse are not covered. 

The standard warranty guarantee is subject to the following exclusions: 

  • Accidental damage, abuse or misuse 
  • Abnormal wear and tear
  • Rental or commercial usage 
  • Product modification 
  • Repairs by an unauthorized service technician 
  • Failure to follow battery charging instructions 
  • Failure to follow battery storage instruction 
  • Discharging battery to lower than 8 volts. 
  • Removal or defacing of serial numbers from any item invalidates the warranty.

If your Axglo electric golf push cart's damage is determined to be caused by any of the mentioned issues,  there will be no warranty coverage and the owner will be responsible for covering the shipping fees, as well as the costs associated with replacement parts and maintenance. Please retain original packaging and inserts for returns. In the event that original packaging and inserts are not available, Axglo would be happy to ship original packaging boxes and inserts to you at your expense.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  

If your Axglo electric golf cart is submerged in water, please remove the battery; do not charge the battery, and contact Big Horn Golfer as soon as possible for operation. Before returning any electric cart back to Axglo for maintenance, the owner must provide the return authorization number issued by Axglo. Returning without the authorization number will be refused. If you have any questions, please call 412-567-4390 and Big Horn Golfer's customer service team will tell you how to deal with it over the phone or email at returns@bighorngolfer.com.

Repairs or replacements covered by Axglo do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an additional benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Axglo reserves the right to request for a proof of purchase. 

Please note warranty covered parts installed by an Axglo Certified Technician carry up to 2 years warranty from the original purchase date. Axglo Electric push cart serviced by non AXGLO technicians will void the warranty and cannot be returned.

Axglo Lithium Battery and Charger Warranty

The Axglo Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24 month warranty Axglo offers a 5 year limited warranty (additional 3 years of pro-rated warranty) on the battery (this excludes the charger). In order to qualify for the 5 year limited warranty please register your warranty online or use the relevant warranty registration card included with purchase. 

If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership Axglo will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the current listed purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 2-year warranty. Please note that due to the nature of batteries, the product is only covered to complete 18 holes during years 3 to 5. 

In order for Axglo to deem something eligible for replacement under warranty (full or pro-rated), Axglo needs to have the items returned to Axglo for inspection and testing. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns section for full details and steps to facilitating a return to Axglo. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use is not covered. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

If your battery & charger pass our testing, or if they have failed due to damage caused by use/abuse, you will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in the return, and there will be no warranty coverage. Only parts installed by a Certified Axglo Technician carry the full warranty; parts replaced by non-Axglo technicians do not carry a warranty and cannot be returned once they have been in use.

For Axglo golf push cart (non-motorized)

Axglo warrants the golf push cart for 1 year from the date of purchase.

We will provide replacement and warranty service fee of charge for any manufacturing defect found on Axglo. However please note that registration and proof of original purchase date is needed to obtain service under warranty.

Axglo is not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover the following:

  • Abuse, improper repair and handling;
  • Failure of the product due to use other than its intended purpose;
  • Normal wear and tear on wheels, bearing, axle and grips.

RETURNS:

All products are covered under standard Axglo warranty. Should you have a problem within the warranty period, please email returns@bighorngolfer.com with detail information. Please takes pictures of your item(s) and email it as attachments. Axglo service rep will review the information along with the pictures. A solution will be provided to assist you to resolve the issue.

Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete/resolve.

Any item purchased online can be returned by mailing it to Axglo Inc. Canada address. All shipping fees must be prepaid.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and include the original receipt and a Return Authorization Number. There will be no refunds or exchanges on items without the original receipt. All refunds will be processed to the same tender and card number (if applicable) as used for the transaction. Returned items must be in an unopen original packaging with all original tags/tickets attached, and in new/unused condition with all original parts, manuals, and accessories. Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange. Please note Axglo Inc. requires a valid piece of government issued photo ID with your name, address printed on the cart along with your email and phone number to process exchange or returns. Please note that the cost to return products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was not as advertised, or defective.

Following are the condition Axglo will accept return and exchange:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Unopened with all original tags/tickets attached
  • In new condition, with all original parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Unused and factory seal cartoon, as applicable
  • Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange
  • For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of socks, golf cart mitts, golf towel, umbrella, rain cover, cart seat cover, cart seat, golf cart blanket are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
  • There is a Return Processing, Handling and Restocking fee on all returns for refunds, fee will be caluclated at the time of the return
  • There will be no refund or exchanges on Axglo E-Cart. All E-Carts are final sale

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that your electric trolley needs to be returned to our facility for inspection and or repair. All trolleys must be received in their original packaging.

We therefore ask to please retain the TROLLEY BOX AND ALL PACKING INSERTS.

In the event that an ORIGINAL BOX is not available for the return, we would be happy to ship a box for the return at the customer’s expense.

    Follow cart at this price?

    Used it twice this weekend, cart battery (ultra) still 43% and remote 49% after 36 holes (10.2 miles). Unfolding and folding so simple, only two steps. Easily lifted and rolls into my truck bed which is what I wanted, but do need to secure for driving. Front wheels are detent, so helps steering. Steering with the remote and button sequence takes a little to get used to, so I strongly suggest practicing before your first rounds. Follow mode (which is why you want this) is SO good. Axglo customer service helped with a few app settings to improve follow mode. Give yourself a few feet on each side when walking around bunkers, tee boxes, etc. I have a few druthers I'll share with Axglo on their website review but I strongly recommend this to everyone. Kudos to Big Horn Golfer for price matching, ease of ordering, shipping, and tracking.

    Great cart!

    The cart does great going up steep hills and is one of the few electric carts with storage. Love how the battery was worked into the design and not just some random battery ploppped down around the axle. Very stable over most terrain, but does struggle a little in sand waste areas. Cons would be the display is hard to read in the sun, umbrella pole is too short for 6ft or taller, and the remote is not the easiest to use.

    Well made solid cart

    Very well made cart.as fast as you can walk no problem. Goes up hills no problem and stays right behind me. I use follow mode exclusively. Holds charge easily for 28 holes. I never have tried to go 36. I did do 27 though. I just bring the battery and remote control to its charger after every round.

    If you are looking for a follow electric golf cart, Axglo has the best on the market. During multiple weather conditions and over rough, fairway, waste bunkers, etc...the unit performs fantastic. Worth the price, couldn't be happier

    Anglo E-3 Golf follow cart

    Very well made and follows very nicely. Very easy to learn to use. The battery holds the charge for 27 holes so far wit no problem. I am reasonably sure it would have gone for 36 but I only played 27. Love the ease of the follow me feature. just put the remote in your back pocket and it follows you no problem.

Can I change the units on the display from metric to imperial?

Yes you can. You just need to download the app. You can simply connect the app to the cart to make the changes easily

Does Axglo’s electric push cart need any maintenance?

It is recommended to fully charge the battery before using it. The cart is designed to require only simple maintenance, however, we recommend that your cart be checked regularly to ensure that:
- No excess mud or dirt accumulates
- The front wheel is unclogged and can turn freely
- The main folding track is kept clean and well lubricated (Only original parts can be used when repairing the cart)

How do you adjust the speed on the E3?

You use the remote to control the e3. Where you can drive it or put it in follow mode. The e5 allows for both remote control and power assist

How often do i have to charge the remote for the Axglo e3?

The manufacturer (Axglo) recommends charging it after every round to ensure optimal performance and you can monitor the remote control's battery percentage through the phone app by accessing the details section. They also recommend ensuring the battery does not go below 20% to maintain optimal performance.

Question - in "follow-me" mode is the distance between machine and golfer (i.e. remote) adjustable?

According to Axglo, the following distance can be adjusted through their app. They recommend setting it to 1.5 meters.

Should I charge the battery to it's full level or the instruction manual say for 3 month storage to charge for 3 hours. I want to try it out and not sure what charge level?

Charge it fully before you use it the first time.
It's always recommended when storing it for long periods of time to have it fully charged (& not to leave it on the charger).
If you think about it in a month or 2 I'd plug it back in & make sure it's topped off
Any lithium battery when storing for extended periods of time you should have it charged above 80%.

What is the difference between a standard battery and an ultra battery?

Standard battery: up to 36 holes on a single charge - 25.2V⎓253.3Wh / 10.05Ah
Ultra battery: up to 45 holes on a single charge - 25.2V⎓337.7Wh / 13.4Ah
(When used in normal conditions, battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use, quality of care and charging conditions)

What Is The Main Difference Between The E3 And E5?

The e5 e-cart has 5 modes, including an additional Power Assisted Speed Control, whereas the e3 e-cart has 4 modes. Both e-carts have Follow Mode, Remote Control, Remote Cruising, and Manual Push.

Additionally, the e5 is more compact, with a foldable front wheel, which the e3 does not have.
