At Alphard Golf, we are dedicated to enhancing your enjoyment of the game. Our products are backed by the following express limited warranty, which we proudly offer in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer. This warranty is non-transferrable and valid for the original purchaser in the contiguous 48 United States.

1. Warranty Periods by Product

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for the following periods:

• *Note on Batteries: The 2-Year Battery Warranty applies to purchases made on or after Jan 1st, 2026. Batteries purchased before this date are covered by a 1-Year warranty.
• All replacement parts or products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

2. Detailed Battery & Charger Warranty

We understand the battery is a critical component of your unit. This section provides specific details about its warranty coverage.

Performance Guarantee (Batteries Only) This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, we guarantee that the battery will be capable of completing 18 holes on a single charge for the duration of the applicable warranty period.

• Conditions & Variables Affecting Range The 18-hole guarantee assumes a golf bag weight of 33lbs (15 kg) or less, used on a standard course with normal terrain and fair weather conditions. Please be aware that the following factors will significantly reduce battery range:
  • Temperature: Low temperatures reduce the chemical activity within the battery. You may experience reduced range on cold days compared to warm days.
  • Frequency of Use: Batteries are consumable components. Capacity naturally diminishes with the total number of rounds played (charge cycles) over the battery's life.
  • Course Conditions: Steep hills, thick grass, and muddy/soft ground require significantly more power than flat, dry fairways.

Specific Warranty Exclusions for Batteries In addition to the general exclusions, this warranty does not cover:

• Normal degradation of battery capacity over time that does not fall below the stated performance guarantee (inability to complete 18 holes).
• Damage caused by dropping, accidents, or impact.
• Any water damage or issues arising from exposure to moisture.
• Use of any charger not supplied by or officially authorized by Alphard Golf.
• Failure to properly store or maintain the battery as instructed in the user manual, including:
  • Leaving the battery in a fully discharged state for an extended period.
  • Storing the battery in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• Any attempt to open, repair, or tamper with the battery casing.

Best Practices for Battery Care (Recommendations) To maximize the life and performance of your battery, we recommend the following:

• Always use the charger provided by Alphard Golf.
• Charge the battery fully after each use.
• Avoid leaving the battery connected to the charger for more than 24 hours after it is fully charged.
• Store your battery indoors in a cool, dry place. Never leave it in your vehicle for extended periods.

3. Our "Back on the Course" Service Philosophy

We believe a warranty issue shouldn't sideline you for weeks. Our products are built on a modular design, allowing for simple, fast part swaps that you can do at home. This approach is the quickest way to get you back on the course.

1. Contact Support: If you experience an issue, email us at returns@bighorngolfer.com. Our team will help you quickly diagnose the problem.
2. Fast Part Dispatch: Once diagnosed, we will immediately ship the necessary replacement part to you, often with a simple video tutorial. Most repairs require no mechanical experience and can be completed in minutes.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

• First 6 Months: For the first six (6) months from your purchase date, we cover all shipping costs for warranty parts.
• After 6 Months: After the initial six-month period, you are responsible for shipping costs. We will extend our discounted shipping rates to you.

5. Optional Service Center Repairs

While our modular design makes DIY repairs the fastest option, we understand it may not be for everyone. If you prefer, you can choose to have your unit serviced at our facility. In this case, you would be responsible for the discounted shipping charges to and from our facility, plus a $39 USD service fee.

6. General Warranty Exclusions

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during the intended use of the product. It does not cover:

• Normal Wear & Tear: This includes tire treads, scratches, cosmetic blemishes, and other natural signs of use.
• Improper Use or Accidents: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, running into obstacles, or failure to follow the instructions in the operating manual.
• Water Damage: Any damage caused by partial or complete submersion in water or from driving into course hazards (e.g., creeks, puddles).
• Unauthorized Alterations: Any unit that has been altered, customized, or had third-party parts or accessories fitted that have not been officially sold or authorized by Alphard Golf.
• Commercial Use: Any unit used for commercial or rental purposes.
