Limited Lifetime Warranty

SIG SAUER warrants that the enclosed firearm was originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship, and mechanical function.  For the lifetime of the original purchaser, SIG SAUER agrees to correct any defect in the firearm for the original purchaser by repair, adjustment, or replacement, at SIG SAUER’s option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing the firearm at SIG SAUER’s option); provided however that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is first obtained by contacting SIG SAUER Customer Service, and the firearm is returned unloaded and freight prepaid to SIG SAUER at 18 Industrial Drive, Exeter, NH 03833.

This limited warranty is null and void if the firearm has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), fired with hand loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the manual accompanying the firearm, or if unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, has been performed on the firearm. Cerakote and other decorative finishes will not void your warranty if applied properly.  Decorative finishes that are improperly applied to our products may cause failures and would not be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.  Any cosmetic damage to aftermarket finishes is not the responsibility of SIG SAUER.  This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.

Subject to the foregoing, this limited warranty confers the right to have the covered firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted, or replaced exclusively upon the original purchaser, which right is not transferable to any other person.  This warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached or appurtenant to the firearm.

ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Certified Pre-Owned Pistols

SIG SAUER® warrants that the enclosed Certified Pre-Owned firearm is free of defects in material, workmanship and mechanical function. For the period of one year, SIG SAUER® agrees to correct any defect in the firearm for the original purchaser by repair, adjustment or replacement, at SIG SAUER®’ option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing the firearm at SIG SAUER®’ option); provided, however, that the firearm is returned unloaded and freight prepaid to SIG SAUER® at 18 Industrial Drive, Exeter, NH 03833.

This one-year warranty is null and void if the firearm has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), fired with handloaded, reloaded or improper ammunition, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the manual accompanying the firearm, or if unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, has been performed on the firearm. This one-year warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.

Subject to the foregoing, this one-year warranty confers the right to have the covered firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted or replaced exclusively upon the original purchaser, which right is not transferable to any other person. No implied warranties of any kind are made herein and this warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached or appurtenant to the firearm.

In no event shall SIG SAUER® be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty.

SIG SAUER warrants that the enclosed AIRSOFT/AIRGUN/AIR ACCESSORY product was originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship, and mechanical function.  For the applicable periods listed below, SIG SAUER agrees to correct any defect in the product for the original purchaser by repair, adjustment, or replacement, at SIG SAUER’s option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing the product at SIG SAUER’s option); provided however that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is first obtained by contacting SIG SAUER Customer Service, and that the product is returned unloaded and freight prepaid to SIG SAUER at 18 Industrial Drive, Exeter, NH, 03833.

Limited Warranty Applicable Periods:

• SIG SAUER® AIR ONE Airsoft Models – Thirty (30) days from date of purchase
• SIG SAUER® PROFORCE Airsoft Models – Ninety (90) days from date of purchase
• SIG SAUER® AIRGUN Models (non-HUNTER models) – one-hundred and eighty days from date of purchase
• SIG SAUER® HUNTER AIRGUN Models – One (1) year from date of purchase
• SIG SAUER® AIR ACCESSORIES – Sixty (60) days from date of purchase

SIG SAUER® AMMUNITION ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

SIG SAUER warrants that the enclosed ammunition was originally manufactured free of defects in material and workmanship.  For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, SIG SAUER agrees to correct any defect in the ammunition for the original purchaser by repair, adjustment, or replacement (with the same or comparable quality ammunition), at SIG SAUER’s sole option; provided however that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is first obtained by contacting SIG SAUER Customer Service, and the ammunition is returned freight prepaid to SIG SAUER at 357 Sig Sauer Drive, Jacksonville, AR 72076.

Proof of purchase will be required with any request for warranty repair. This limited warranty is null and void if the ammunition has been damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, water damage, neglect, reloading, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s warnings or instructions.

Subject to the foregoing, this limited warranty confers a right to repair or replacement exclusively upon the original purchaser, which right is not transferable to any other person.  This warranty applies only to complete ammunition manufactured by SIG SAUER, and does not apply to ammunition components sold by SIG SAUER (i.e. brass casings, primers, and bullets).  This warranty does not apply to any firearms or other products or accessories with which the ammunition is used.
