We offer a 2-year warranty on the tent mechanism and waterproof material. Our team is always available to help and solve any problems, even if they occur after the warranty period.
Also, all our tents have a repair kit included for any issues. We also have a flexible return policy for our customers. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. In the unlikely event of any defects, we require photo confirmation.

Could you please explain the difference between the Koala Air Tent 7 and Panda Air Large?
Do any of the windows have clear plastic that can be zipped? if any of RBM inflatable tents have clear plastic windows that can attach. If it is cold outside I'd want solid windows to block air but still see out of.
