Warranty
Warranty on carts are for 1 year from date of purchase on cart and battery, parts only. Labour is not included. Warranties are non-transferable. Accessories are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. For support, please contact us by email at returns@bighorngolfer.com for any concerns.
1 year limited manufacturer warranty *
*manufacturer warranty covers working parts of cart, battery/charger under normal usage. Any mis-use of carts and physical damage of products will not be covered. See refund policy for more info. Included parts are not included in warranty, eg. Seat, cellphone holder, drink holder, umbrella holder, scorecard and remote controller.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% restocking fee is applied to the refund made within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A handling/restocking fee of 15 % will be charged for carts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will accept returns for carts that cannot fixed under warranty at our discretion. If a refund is accepted, shipping is paid by the purchaser. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you if the return was approved or not. A 15 % handling charge will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping of items returned is paid by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items past our 30day return policy or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less handling charge of 15% or purchase price. Shipping charges apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-7 business days.
