Refund Policy
Custom Products (Non-Refundable):
All personalized golf ball markers, divot repair tools, and hat clips are custom-made and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product by emailing sales@bighorngolfer.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Cancellations & Order Changes:
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and changes may not be possible.
- For approved refunds or exchanges due to our error, we cover return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees for expedited replacements or returns unrelated to defects.
Wholesale Orders:
Custom wholesale orders cannot be refunded or returned once production begins. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve it.
Shipping Delays or Lost Items:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance for international orders. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist in filing claims if necessary.
