WARRANTY - ALPHARD GOLF

WARRANTY POLICY

The Club Booster V2 comes with a (2) two year express limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects that occur while operating the unit for its intended purpose as set forth in our manual. 

All other products, including the batteries, are covered under a one year express limited warranty. 

Should you have any issues with your products, email us at returns@bighorngolfer.com. We will first help you diagnose your issue, and then send a replacement part or product if needed. In the event that you are unable to complete the repair yourself, you will be responsible for the discounted shipping charges and a $39 service fee. However all of our repairs can be completed in less than 30 minutes by following our instructions or video tutorials. No mechanical experience is required. 

EXCLUSIONS:

  1. Any parts or repairs required due to normal wear and tear, such as (but not limited to) tread on tires, scratches, dents, etc. 
  2. Damage caused by improper use or accidents. This includes water damage and damage caused by your unit running into obstacles.
  3. Units that have been altered or customized by the customer.
  4. Units used for commercial purposes. 
  5. Batteries that were not properly charged or stored according to our instructions in the user manual

 

Please Note:

  • All replacement parts or products do not receive an extension of your original warranty period.
  • Only valid in the contiguous 48 United States under the original purchaser's name. It is non-transferrable.
  • We proudly offer this Express Warranty in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
  • Alphard Golf shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to the breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law.
  • The shipping costs for any part or repair that is covered under warranty will be free for the first six (6) consecutive months from the date of your purchase. After the six-month period, any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer, but you will receive the benefit of our discounted rates. 

Prior to your first-use, please read the entire operating manual prior for instructions and important precautions. 

 

REFUND POLICY

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, A CUSTOMER MAY RETURN A NEW ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE ITEM(S) PROVIDED THAT:

  • The item is new and unused. 
  • The item is in its original packaging. 
  • The customer obtains a return label from us at returns@bighorngolfer.com.
  • The customer pays the cost of shipping it back to us. We either deduct this cost from your refund, or we will send an invoice with our discounted shipping rate. Once the invoice is paid and the item(s) are received at our facility, your refund will be initiated. (In some cases, this could take up to five business days (depending on your method of payment). 
  • The item was purchased from us directly on our website (if you purchased anywhere else, you must contact the place of purchase for return and refund policy). 

*If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to reasons outside of your control, we will cover the shipping costs to get your issue corrected and send your replacement item immediately. If you need to exchange an item for any other reason, we will split the cost of shipping the new item with you. 

*Sales of used/refurbished items are final and not eligible for a refund unless the item arrives and is non-functional. If this happens, you must contact us within five business days of its arrival to initiate a refund.

*If your purchased item is delayed for any reason, you will have 25 days from the arrival date at your delivery address to request a return/refund. 

*If you have used your products and would like to return them for a refund within 30 days, the same shipping and refund policies listed above will apply, and an additional 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
