Does it fold flat for SUV?

According to the manufacturer, none of their scooters are foldable. Most people ride them to the course, play a round, then ride back home. If you need to transport it, you would require either a truck, a trailer, or a motorcycle hitch carrier

Does this model have independent wheels in the back of the scooter

Wheel are driven independently through a differential transfer case but it does not have independent rear suspension.  Wheels and motor are mounted to a rear swing-arm with dual shocks.

How do you unlock the 25 mph speed on the 2 wheel?

The Rowdy is not locked.  Top speed of approx. 25 mph.

How fast is it? Do I need a driver's license?

  • All of our golf scooters can be “locked” at approx.. 15 mph for course safety. Individual purchasers can unlock that feature for up to 20 mph on the Trike and 25 mph on the 2-wheel models.
  • The scooter is NOT road legal.

How well does it transportation car or truck? How does the golf bag fasten to scooter?

You can transport it using an F150 with a single folding aluminum ramp. Alternatively, it can be mounted on a hitch carrier, such as the one from Harbor Freight. Please click the link below:

  • Set the clubs on the bag holder and fasten the upper strap, like on a golf cart

What is the weight of the 14 STX Rowdy Golf Scooter both with and without the battery?

Rowdy weighs about 190 lbs with the battery installed and the battery weighs about 20 lbs.

If parked on an incline does it have a brake?

Yes, The brake will be engaged! It has front and rear hydraulic brakes and it will not take off when parked

Is there a conversion kit to make this cart street legal?

No, we sell as off-road only. Side of road, cart paths, bike lanes (where permissible by law), golf and gated communities, but not "in traffic"

What are the main differences between the 14 STX Rebel Trike Golf Scooter and the Rattler Trike Golf Scooter?

  • Rebel Trike is the easiest to ride. No balance required. Wider, solid rear axle. Approx. 21 mph top speed.

  • Rattler rides and tilts like a 2-wheeler so some riding experience is suggested. Benefit over Cruiser 2-wheeler is the 2 wheels in back make it a bit more stable in case of gravel or wet grass, and no kickstand needed. Tilt lock MUST be released when riding and is only activated when parking the unit. Top speed is approx. 25 mph.
