Limited Warranty Agreement for Net Return Sport Nets and Products:

Thank you for purchase of a Net Retum Sport Net. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product that you will enjoy for years to come. This warranty agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the limited warranty for your Net Return Sport Net and Product(s).

Coverage:

Sport Nets- Pro Series, Home Series, Simulator Series

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for your Net Return Sport Net, for a period of three (3) years or 250,000 shots, whichever comes first - from the date of first purchase.

Golf Simulator Screens

Simulator Screens are covered for one (1) year from the date of first purchase

Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by cut / scuffed golf balls, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. This limited warranty also does not cover damage caused by improper installation or assembly, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized parties. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to weather conditions, including wind, snow, falling branches, hail, lightning, etc.

This limited warranty also does not cover broken windows, wall damage, TV's computers, etc., or any other property damage from a ball going through a net.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to regularly inspect his / her net for wear, prior to each use.

Individuals should never stand behind the net when in use nor place in front of windows, cars, TVs, etc. where a ball going through the net may cause significant damage or harm.

Remedies:

If your Net Return Sport Net is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product, at our discretion, free of charge. If we determine that a replacement is necessary, we will provide you with a new Net Return Sport Net of the same or similar model. If a repair is necessary, we will cover the cost of parts and labor.

You will need to provide us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may also ask you to provide photographs or other evidence of the defect. We will then evaluate the claim and determine whether it is covered by this limited warranty.
