At Big Horn Golfer we know you came to win. We also understand in order to win you need to train hard, so that’s why we’re proud to offer the Rukket Fair Play Guarantee & Lifetime Warranty.
Here’s how the Rukket Fair Play Guarantee & Lifetime Warranty works:
- Register your product within 30 days of purchase and rest assured we have you covered.
- Every product is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If your product is defective or breaks within 30-days of purchase, we will replace it for free or provide a refund.
- Because the life expectancy of netting and bungees is largely subject to its care, netting is covered by our 6-month guarantee. Rukket wants to grow with you during your training journey and ensure you can keep your hustle on. As your nets and bungees wear out from your training we offer replacement nets and parts for purchase to ensure you can keep your training program on track!
- All frame parts and structural pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Submit a claim and we’ll replace the broken part. If the product has been discontinued, or is out of stock, we’ll provide a suitable replacement of equal value.
- Shipping and handling fees apply to warranty claims.
- To initiate a warranty claim please fill out our Warranty Claim Form and we’ll work hard to get you back in the game as soon as possible!

Big Horn Golfer strives to make the highest quality and innovative products on the market. We stand behind all of our products and strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. That said, our official policy is a 30 day money back guarantee. If your product is not up to your expectations please send it back to us at the address listed below. We kindly ask that our customers do take care of the return shipping.

If the return is due to a defect, Big Horn Golfer will refund all or part (depending on each situation) of your purchase for up to 6 months.
