Warranty Policy
If your Cart Tek trolley or caddy requires repair during the warranty period or at any time thereafter we want to quickly resolve the issue and get you back to walking the golf course. You can repair nearly all problems with telephone support by our customer-centric staff. We will work directly with you to troubleshoot your cart. There is no need for costly and lengthy delays, shipping your cart back and forth. In the Continental United States, during troublshooting, if we determine that your cart requires a replacement part the new part will be expedited to you via prepaid priority mail. We will always try to resolve your cart issues by sending you a part and informing you on how to replace the part. If during the warranty period it is determined that your cart must be returned for repair, we will split the cost of shipping with you. You pay to return the cart and we will send your repaired cart back to you prepaid.
For International, Alaska and Hawaii warranty repair shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Battery warranty is based on charging cycles and usage and is not time-dependent.
After the 1-year warranty period, our customer service is handled the same way. We just ask you to pay for shipping and reasonable parts costs.
One (1) year Warranty from date of purchase for the caddy, caddy parts, and electronics (unless otherwise noted). Caddy accessories are covered under warranty for 90 days.
Two (2) year Warranty period on Lithium Ion batteries: prorated based on number of charges, time used and maintenance history.
At Cart Tek our goal is to provide superior customer service but most of all at Cart Tek we want you on the golf course walking with ease and enjoying your golf game.

Return Policy:
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can only be returned to Cart Tek providing:
- The cart is completely unused and brand new
- It is in original packaging
- A return authority is obtained from sales@bighorngolfer.com
- Owner will receive a refund upon receipt of goods, minus shipping costs and applicable fees

- It is in the original packaging
- Owner will receive a refund upon receipt of goods, minus shipping costs and applicable fees
- 20% restocking fee applies (off the full retail price)
For orders from 11/8/2023 to 12/31/2023, return deadline extended to 1/31/2024.

Good investment! The return is intangible, peace of mind! After very first rounding, it is beneficial/profitable. Walking is a best remedy and Meditation in golfing is even beyond! The team of Cart Tek is another level of caring for customer. They are proactive and informative! I like to see this company grow stronger and bigger! One suggestion for this model is to improve on directions, It seems to force a bit at turning directions. It would be great to add a sensor, “follow me” in the near future👍🏼

The downhill breaking system is non existent and the #1 reason I got it. It races downhill so if you don’t pay attention it will be gone. Other than that it’s good. I think you’ll find you would rather get the one with the remote. After a few rounds I know I do. It looks great, it’s light but it would be better if it had a remote.

Thank you for your feedback. The downhill control automatically kicks in when the caddy senses it is going faster than it is setup for. The only time this is disengaged is when the user rolls the speed dial back to zero, or neutral, which is likely the case you are seeing. I’m still a big fan of this brand, but am a little disappointed with the modest changes to the newest model of the GRi-975Li. It doesn’t feel quite as peppy and responsive as my old carts, and some of the accessories (battery basket, score card holder, beverage holder) are now made out of plastic rather than the sturdier metals and other materials of the older model.
