ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that The Indoor Golf Shop has received the order in the system. Once the order is received, The Indoor Golf Shop immediately reaches out to its suppliers to confirm the item ordered is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item ordered is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, The Indoor Golf Shop will let the customer know via email. Once the product(s) ordered are ready for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped.
SHIPPING TIME AND METHOD
All orders are shipped within the lead time posted on the product page. This is located at the top of the product page right below the "Add To Cart" button. Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. Depending on the value of the item being purchased, orders may be shipped with signature confirmation required. All SkyTrak, TruGolf, and Foresight Golf orders are shipped with signature confirmation required. This means that an adult over the age of 18 must be present at time of delivery to sign for and accept the product. If you will not be home at time of delivery, please contact returns@bighorngolfer.com and we will work to arrange a will-call pick up at your nearest UPS or FedEx location.
ORDER SHIPMENT
An email with tracking info will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking info within 3 days after the lead time posted at the top of the product page, please contact us at returns@bighorngolfer.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info. Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight/shipping company, The Indoor Golf Shop is not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders.
RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS AND DAMAGES
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement shipped to you.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At The Indoor Golf Shop we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers must reach out to The Indoor Golf Shop in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that The Indoor Golf Shop will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied. Used/Certified Pre-Owned products are ineligible for return.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. Cancellations for orders which have been shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping costs as well as the 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled after an item has shipped will be treated as a regular 30-day return item and return shipping & restocking fees may apply.

Warranty
SkyTrak comes with a 6-month warranty (US only) - an extended 6-month warranty is available.
SkyTrak unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and 6-month/25,000 shot Consumer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Extended Warranty (US Only)
SkyTrak offers a 12 month/50,000 shot Extended Warranty. This is available for purchase during the registration of your SkyTrak product.
US customers who register a NEW or OPEN BOX SkyTrak within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date may optionally extend the 6-month Consumer Limited Warranty to 12 months by purchasing the Extended Warranty at the time of registration. The Extended Warranty does not cover accessories and components.

Limitations and Exclusions of the Extended Warranty
This warranty excludes (1) cosmetic or physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the LCD screen or outside casing; (2) damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to modify the product, attempted servicing, except for battery replacement, by anyone other than an authorized service representative of SkyTrak or any other cause beyond the range of the intended use; (3) damage caused by accident, fire, water or liquids, power changes, other hazards, or acts of God; (4) use of the product with any non-SkyTrak device, component, such as chargers or connection cables, or service if such device, component or service causes the problem; (5) use of this product for any non-consumer, commercial or rental purpose; or (6) modifications or restrictions that may need to be made to the GPS receiver module due to a change in the Global Positioning System made by the United States Government or any other governing bodies. Any third-party products, including software included with SkyTrak products, are not covered by this Consumer Limited Warranty, and the Company makes no representations or warranties on behalf of such third parties. Any warranty on such products is from the supplier or licensor of the third-party product.
The Global Positioning System is a free service operated and maintained by the United States Government, which is solely responsible for its accuracy and maintenance.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to product used in any manner other than by an individual consumer in a non-commercial use, all other warranties are excluded as provided below.

When setting up your SkyTrak system for use, the SkyTrak device, your smartphone, tablet or computer and any playback device like your television, should be placed safely away from your hitting area and preferably safely to the side and behind the golf ball to prevent the golf club or golf ball, especially errantly hit golf balls, from damaging these devices.
SkyTrak assumes no liability or responsibility for the failure of the user to follow these precautions.
Returns
All returns for credit of SkyTrak hardware products must be within 30 days of your original purchase. Returned items must be in the original packaging, include all parts and components, and be free of damage. The amount credited will exclude shipping costs. The Indoor Golf Shop SIG (SIGPRO) brand is committed to delivering high-quality products designed for peak Golf Simulator performance and long-lasting use. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period listed below.
Warranty Coverage
Applies only to products manufactured by The Indoor Golf Shop and purchased directly from The Indoor Golf Shop or an authorized dealer.
Warranty period begins on the original date of order delivery, and applies only to the original purchaser.
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including fraying, fading, or surface wear from regular use.

Damage or loss that occurs during shipping (see Shipping Damage or Loss section).
Commercial claims for products not intended for commercial use (see Commercial Use section).
Damage caused by weather exposure, including rain, snow, wind, or sun, when products are left outdoors or otherwise unprotected.

Returns for refund or exchange for a different item are available within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping Damage or Loss
Our warranty and return policy do not cover damage or loss occurring during shipping. It is important to inspect all inbound shipments carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, you must inform the delivery driver immediately and contact the carrier right away to start a claim. We can only assist with shipping damage if it has been properly noted upon delivery and a claim has been filed with the carrier. Mulberry Extended Warranty coverage does apply to these products, and claims can be filed in accordance with the instructions provided above. Mulberry Extended Warranties and Route Shipping Protection are offered through trusted third-party providers and are administered independently of The Indoor Golf Shop, with all claims, approvals, and determinations handled directly by the respective provider. While we are happy to assist in guiding you through the process, The Indoor Golf Shop is not responsible for claims that are denied, delayed, or otherwise not covered under the terms set by Mulberry or Route.
