The Hill Billy Warranty

The Hill Billy USA trolley is covered by a 12 month warranty. Due to the consumable nature of battery use the Hill Billy USA Lead Acid battery is warranted on a pro-rated for 12 months - free replacement if it fails within the first 3 months, 10% credit for failure each following months up to the 13th month from date of purchase. The Lithium Battery is warranted on a pro-rated for 3 years. Free Replacement if it fails within the first year, 50% credit for the second year and 25% credit for the third year.

If a fault should develop on your Hill Billy USA, it is important to call us first (412.567.4390). Whether it's a warranty claim, a worn out battery or just a squeaky wheel let us know! Our staff know your trolley inside out and they shall endeavor to resolve any problem you're having.

We operate an efficient system when dealing with customers problems:

Firstly, we will diagnose the fault from your description given over the telephone. If possible a spare part will be shipped within 24 hours, complete with fitting instructions.

If this is not practical we offer a back to base service we will arrange to collect from any US address you give us, carry out the work, and deliver back to you, all within a few days.

We take care of everything. Our aim is to get you back on the course using the fastest route and with the minimum of delay. It's a service we take great pride in.
