We offer a 90 days limited warranty for ceiling mount, carrying case, and remote control from the purchase date. We offer one year limited warranty for lens options from the purchase date.
Return Policy
1) If you purchase online for full price, you have 30 days from when you receive the product to send it back for full refund without fees.
2) if you purchase direct at reseller discounted pricing, you still have the 30 day return period, but restock fee of 15% and shipping may be charged case by case. Certain circumstances to return without fees may apply such as defective product or I provided the wrong product based on information you provided.
